This 23 year old patient complained of neck and back pain as well as shoulder strap furrows. She wore a 34 double D- cup and desired to be a C-cup. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 127 pounds. A central pedicle breast reduction was performed by Dr. Parker, removing 680 grams from the right breast and 660 grams from the left breast to maximize symmetry. Postoperatively, the patient was pleased not only with the appearance of her breasts, but the resolution of all symptoms.

This 47 year old patient suffered from severe neck and back pain due her 40 DD breasts. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 138 pounds. A central pedicle breast reduction was done by Dr. Parker, removing 800 grams of tissue from the right breast and 825 grams from the left. Postoperatively, the patient was delighted with her scars as well as the improved size and shape of her breasts. She now wears a C cup as requested pre-operatively. Her neck and back pain have disappeared as well.

This 77 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her internist for breast reduction surgery. She was increasingly bothered by her large breasts sagging more and more. This caused her bra straps to painfully dig into her shoulders while performing household tasks and knitting. She wore a 34 D bra pre-operatively and desired a large B, small C cup size. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. A central pedicle breast reduction removed 345 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 535 grams from the left. Despite her age, she recovered rapidly from the surgery without any complications. She was very happy with the new size and shape of her breasts as well the resolution of her pre-operative symptoms.

This 29 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by a friend, requested relief from large, hanging breasts which caused her shoulder strap irritation and rubbing underneath her breasts. She currently wears a 38D and would like to be a C cup. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 152 pounds. A vertical breast reduction removed 270 grams from the right breast and 210 from the left. After surgery, the patient was able to wear a C cup bra in addition to her bothersome symptoms resolving.

This 33-year-old patient was referred by her gynecologist to Dr. Parker for breast reduction surgery. The patient presented as a double D cup and wished to be C cup in size. She is 5'4" tall and weighs 175 pounds. Attempts at weight loss have been unsuccessful. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction removing 630 gm of tissue from the right breast and 650 gm from the left. Following surgery, the patient was happy with the improved size, shape and uplifted appearance of her breasts. Her preoperative symptoms of neck pain and back pain were resolved as well.

This 20-year-old patient complained of her large breasts causing neck and back pain. She wore a 36 double D bra and wished to be a C cup. The patient is 5'10' and weighs 162 pounds. A central pedicle breast reduction was performed by Dr. Parker removing 490 gm from the left breast and 330 gm from the right breast. Postoperatively, the patient was pleased by the improved appearance of her breasts and disappearance of all preoperative symptoms.

This 18-year-old was referred by her pediatrician to Dr. Parker for treatment of her large breasts. She currently wears a D-cup bra and has some neck and lower back pain. The patient is 5'5" tall and weight is 125 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a vertical reduction mammoplasty removing 225 g of tissue from the right breast and 245 g from the left. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly from her surgery and is pleased with the improved size and shape of her breasts.

This 27-year-old patient was referred by her primary care physician to Dr. Parker for breast reduction and breast lift surgery. The patient is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She currently wears a double D bra and would like to be a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction and lift removing 175 g of tissue from the right breast and 135 g from the left breast. Postoperatively, the patient healed quickly and loves the improved size and shape of her breasts, as well as the limited scarring associated with the surgery.

This 35-year old complained of her large breasts. They prevent her from working at the gym and losing weight. The patient is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. The patient underwent bilateral vertical reduction mammoplasty along with liposuction of the abdomen, hips, inner thighs, and buttocks. Dr. Parker removed 290 g of tissue from the right breast and 340 g from the left to improve upon her pre-existing asymmetry. She recovered quickly from her procedure and is delighted with all of her results.

This 17-year-old, referred by her gynecologist, sought a reduction in the size of her breasts. Currently, she wears a D cup bra and would prefer to be in C cup range. She is bothered by lower back pain and shoulder strap furrows. The patient is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 105 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a vertical reduction mammoplasty removing 155 g of tissue from the right breast and 165 g from the left. The patient recovered quickly and painlessly from her surgery. She is very happy with the size and shape of her breasts as well as minimal scarring present.

This 50-year old is 19 years status post breast reduction surgery by another surgeon. She was referred to Dr. Parker by her primary care physician. The patient is bothered by neck and back pain as well as shoulder straps digging in. The patient is a double D on the left and D cup on the right side. She would like to be more in C cup range. The patient is 4 feet 10 inches and weighs 134 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction. He removed 330 g of tissue in the right breast and 430 g from the left. Postoperatively, the patient healed quickly and well. She is pleased with the improved size and shape of her breasts as well as resolution of all of her preoperative symptoms.

This 47-year-old was bothered by her large, ptotic breasts. She currently wears a D cup and would like to be a C cup. The patient is 5 feet tall and weighs 125 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a vertical reduction mammoplasty removing 85 g of tissue from the right breast and 250 g from the left in an effort to create better symmetry between the two breasts. The patient is very pleased with the size, shape and appearance of her rejuvenated breasts.

This 40 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by her primary care physician, presented with concerns about her large, drooping breasts and excess fat in her hips and thighs. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction, removing 535 grams of tissue from the right breast and 515 grams from the left. He removed the following amounts of fat with ultrasonic liposuction: inner thighs-375 cc each side, outer thighs-450 cc each side, hips-750cc each side and knees-125cc each side. The patient returned to exercise shortly after the surgery and was delighted in her smaller, better shaped breasts and sculpted hips and thighs.

This 43 year old initially was referred to Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her sagging breasts and lower abdominal fullness. She had lost 43 pounds a year earlier and maintained this. She is 5'7" tall, weighs 158 pounds and previously had given birth to two children. She wore a D cup bra and wished to wear a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction (195 grams from the left breast, 145 grams from the right), abdominoplasty, and liposuction of hips, back and arms. The patient recovered quickly from this surgery and returned 4 years later requesting a medial thigh lift and lateral thigh/ buttock lift to improve the sagging in these areas. Dr. Parker performed this surgery and again the patient recovered quickly with little pain. She once again loves her rejuvenated appearance.

This 61 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, was bothered by her breasts and abdomen, both of which had gradually gotten larger following the birth of her children. Following a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient then spent time with his Professional Photographer, reviewing Computer Images and discussing options raised. The patient then decided to undergo a breast reduction, abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips and back. The patient is 5'2" tall and weighs 145 pounds. She wore a DD cup size bra and wished to wear a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction to lift, reduce and create a more youthful shape to the breasts. At the same time, he performed an abdominoplasty and liposuction on the hips and back. Two years later, the patient requested and underwent liposuction of her inner and outer thighs. Again, she was very pleased with the outcome of this surgery, as well.

This 40 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, requested rejuvenation of her abdomen and hips following the birth of her children. After a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient spent considerable time with his Professional Photographer reviewing Computer Images and discussing the various options raised. She decided to undergo an abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction of her hips, back, inner and outer thighs and knees. The patient is 4'11" tall and weighs 121 pounds. The patient was so pleased with her quick recovery from surgery and the natural- appearing results she had obtained, that she returned several months later. She now requested Dr. Parker to rejuvenate her breasts. She wished to decrease from a D cup size to a C cup, along with lifting and re-shaping the breasts. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction. Following this procedure, the patient again recovered rapidly and loves her new breasts. She works out regularly to maintain the body she has re-gained.

This 21-year old woman sought breast reduction surgery. She was a double D cup and wanted to be a C cup. The patient is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 214 pounds. She had a longstanding history of back pain and was unable to work at the gym due to this, as well as the uncomfortable feeling from her heavy breasts. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction, removing 550 g from the right breast and 680 g from the left. Postoperatively, the patient healed well and was very happy with the improved size and appearance of her breasts. She noticed that her back pain was gone on the night of surgery.

This 29-year old requested breast reduction surgery with Dr. Parker. She wore a double D cup and wanted to be C cup size. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 152 pounds. She had been bothered by back pain, which she attributes to her breasts. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction, removing 285 g of tissue from each breast. The patient is very happy with the appearance of her breasts. Her back pain was gone the night of surgery.

This 37 year old woman, referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist, was bothered by the size of her very large breasts. She wore a DD cup bra and requested reduction to a C cup. She is 5'6" tall and weighs 210 lbs. Attempts at weight loss were unsuccessful. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction, removing 1192 gms from the right side and 1218 gms from the left. The patient healed quickly and well. She was very pleased with the postoperative appearance of her breasts and was motivated to begin an aggressive weight loss program.
