This 17 year old male had developed enlarged breasts at age 12. He was now referred to Dr. Parker for correction of the problem. Using ultrasonic liposelection, Dr. Parker removed the unwanted breast tissue and re-shaped the breasts into a more appropriate male contour. For the first time in many years, the patient felt comfortable going to the beach and enjoying the summer months without being covered by a shirt.

This 34 year old patient was referred by his primary care physician for treatment of his large breasts, present since childhood. Surgical correction by Dr. Parker included fat removal with ultrasonic liposuction and the excision of glandular breast tissue through a peri-areolar incision. Postoperatively, the patient was pleased with the improved size and shape of his breasts. Motivated by this, he is beginning a diet and exercise program to lose weight and further enhance his appearance.

This 41 year old was referred by his primary care physician to address concerns about his enlarged breasts, present since the onset of puberty. Dr. Parker removed the "extra" breast tissue with ultrasonic liposuction. After surgery, the patient was quite happy with the natural and improved appearance of his breasts.

This 20-year-old patient noticed breast enlargement as a teenager. He felt very self-conscious about his appearance and was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient for treatment. Ultrasonic liposelection was used to remove the excess breast tissue and sculpture a better looking breast. Following surgery, the patient felt a renewed self-esteem with his improved contour.

This 24-year-old male has been bothered for sometime by his large breasts. He was referred to Dr. Parker by his primary care physician. Ultrasonic liposelection was used by Dr. Parker to remove the excessive breast issue and create a normal contour. Postoperatively, the patient was delighted with the normal appearance of his breasts including the absence of any scarring.

This 19 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by his pediatrician, was concerned about the persistent fullness of his breasts. He first noticed this at age 13. He was reassured by his pediatrician that the condition should improve, but unfortunately it did not. The patient was self-conscious about removing his shirt because of his appearance. Dr. Parker treated the patient's gynecomastia with a combination of liposuction and direct excision. He removed 150 cc of fat from the right breast and 100 cc from the left with ultrasonic liposuction (the right side was noted to be larger than the left pre-operatively). He then removed 12 gms of glandular tissue from each side through a peri-areolar incision. The patient recovered quickly and without pain. He spent the better part of his first summer after surgery without wearing a shirt, and loved it. The patient volunteered that he is much more self-confident and feels much better about himself than before surgery.

This 21 year old presented to Dr. Parker with concerns about the size of his breasts, which had enlarged at puberty. Dr. Parker performed liposuction on both breasts, removing 120 cc of fat from the right breast, then 100 cc from the left. He then performed a peri-areolar incision, removing 10 additional grams of glandular breast tissue from each side. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly from the surgery. He loved the new appearance of his breasts and felt much more self confident.
