This 17 year old male was bothered by his overly protruding nose which seemed out of balance with the rest of his face. An open rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Parker. This included reducing the prominent nasal bones, sculpturing and setting back the nasal tip. Postoperatively, the patient liked the improved shape and contour of his nose.

This 38-year old, referred by his primary care physician, expressed concern about his heavy neck, over-projecting nose and obstructed breathing on the left side. He had undergone a closed rhinoplasty many years ago by another plastic surgeon. During surgery, Dr. Parker sculptured the patient's neck with ultrasonic liposuction. With an open approach, he also recontoured the patient's nasal tip to set it back somewhat in better harmony with the rest of the patient's face. Additionally, an SMR and inferior turbinectomy were performed to improve the patient's breathing. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the new contour of his neck and shape of his nose. His breathing was markedly improved as well.

This 24 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by his dermatologist, requested improvement in the appearance of his nose and correction of his bilateral breathing difficulties. He was bothered by his profile and broad nasal tip. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty, which included a reduction of his dorsal hump, infractures of his nasal bones and sculpturing of the cartilage in the tip to refine it. As the swelling subsided, the patient's nasal passages opened and the patient was pleased with the improved contour of his nose.

This 41 year old, who came to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, asked to have his nose made to appear smaller. During the patient's initial consultation, Dr. Parker recommended an open rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty which included dorsal hump reduction, sculpted a better proportioned and shaped tip as well as insertion or an extended anatomic chin implant. Following surgery, the patient healed quickly and loved the improved aesthetics of his nose and chin.

This 30 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, asked Dr. Parker to make his nose appear smaller and straighter. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty, which included a dorsal hump reduction, infractures, sculpting of a better tip and alar base resections. The patient was extremely happy with his quick recovery and the improved appearance of his nose.

This 30 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, sustained multiple episodes of nasal trauma playing sports when he was younger. He requested correction of his prominent profile and obstructed breathing. Dr. Parker performed a closed rhinoplasty as well as an SMR and partial inferior turbinectomy. The patient was amazed by his quick recovery and delighted by his postoperative result. Not only did his nose look much better, but his breathing has returned to normal.

This 46 year old was bothered by the large dorsal hump on his nose and bulbous tip. He no prior history of nasal trauma or breathing difficulties. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty, removing the dorsal bony and cartilaginous hump, performed infractures, and re-shaped a more defined nasal tip. After surgery, the patient had a moderate amount of swelling with little ecchymosis. He is very pleased with the natural appearance of his nose.

This 23 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested help with his large nose. He was bothered by its size, dorsal hump, over-projecting tip and flaring nostrils. During an open rhinoplasty, Dr. Parker removed the bony and cartilaginous hump, performed infractures to appropriately narrow the upper aspect of the nose, sculpted and set back the over-projecting nasal tip cartilage and performed alar base resections to improve upon the flaring. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery. He is quite happy with the natural appearance of his nose and better facial harmony.
