This patient lost 118 pounds after gastric bypass surgery. She asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of the hanging skin on her abdomen, outer thighs and buttocks. The patient is 5’9″ tall and weighs 188 pounds. Dr. Parker performed 375 his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, also known as a Parker Tummy Tuck along with a body lift. Surgeons will also call this combination of procedures a circumferential abdominoplasty. The patient recovered quickly, particularly given the scope of the surgery.
