Brazilian Butt Lift Before & After Case 1497

This 49 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen, hips and buttocks. The patient said she had 2 children with a 50-60 pound weight gain which she subsequently lost and has maintained. She would like her abdomen flatter, striae gone, hips more contoured and buttocks somewhat fuller. The patient is 5’4” tall and weighs 111 pounds. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, otherwise known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, liposuction of her hips (he removed 350 cc of fat from each hip) and fat injections to her buttocks (he injected 425 cc of fat into each buttock). The patient was delighted with the relative ease of her recovery is thrilled with the markedly improved appearance of her abdomen, hips and buttocks.
