This 30 year old gained, then lost 50 pounds with lifestyle changes. She requested Dr. Parker to make her abdomen flatter, hips more contoured and buttock shape improved. The patient is 5’ tall and weighs 135 pounds. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, otherwise known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, liposuction of her hips (he removed 250 cc of fat from each hip) and fat injections to her buttocks (he injected 250 cc of fat into each buttock).
