Brazilian Butt Lift Before & After Case 691

This 31 year old patient, referred by several other patients to Dr. Parker, asked for an improved contour of her abdomen, hips and buttocks following the birth of her children. The patient works out regularly in the gym, but has been unsuccessful in achieving her goals. During her consultation, Dr. Parker and the patient developed the following plan for her: a tummy tuck to address her abdomen, liposuction of her hips and fat injections to her buttocks to give her a modest enhancement. The patient said she wanted improved proportion of her buttocks but did not want this over-done. Dr. Parker subsequently performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, SAFE liposuction of the hips (removing 450 cc of fat from each hip) and fat injections to the buttocks (he injected 300 cc of fat into each buttock). The patient recovered quickly and painlessly from her procedures and is thrilled with her appearance.
