Fat Injection Before & After Case 46

This 54 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting improvement in the appearance of aging eyes. She was concerned about her low brows, excess upper eyelid skin, and bags under her eyes. Dr. Parker discussed all options with her at that initial consultation and they arrived at the following plan: upper lid blepharoplasty with corrugator resection and internal brow-pexy to remove excess upper eyelid skin and rejuvenate her brows. In addition, a lower lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove the herniated fat from her lower lids as well as her lax skin. The patient recovered nicely following her surgery. The first photo set in the series shows how well her eye results have held up over the last nine years.

Recently, she requested that Dr. Parker improve upon the laxity of her face and neck soft tissues. He performed a face and neck lift along with conservative fat injections to her face. The patient again recovered quickly and well. She is very happy with the natural appearance and improvements made with this second surgery.
