Fat Injection Before & After Case 661

This 38 year old male had gynecomastia surgery by another plastic surgeon 20 years ago. He said he believed the doctor removed too much tissue and caused his areolas to look “sunken in”. Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient and they agreed upon fat injections.
