Liposuction Before & After Case 1119

This 46 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by several other Parker Center patients. She came in requesting fuller breasts, along with a reduction in the fullness of her abdomen, hips, and the “tail” of her breasts (the extension of the tissue of the breast into the underarm). The patient is an A cup and wished to be a full B cup. She selected her implant sizes during her Sizing Sessions. The patient is 5’2″ tall and weighs 116 pounds; she says her weight is stable. Based on her preexisting breast asymmetry, Dr. Parker inserted different sized silicone implants: 250 cc in the right and larger breast, 275 cc in the left breast. In performing SAFE liposuction during the same operation, he removed the following amounts of fat: abdomen–375 cc, hips–475 cc each side, and tail of breast–25 cc each side. The patient’s recovery was unremarkable. She is very happy with the results of her surgery.
