Liposuction Before & After Case 1161

This 35 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by her dermatologist, requested help with her sagging breasts as well as fullness in her abdomen, hips and thighs. She had given birth to four children and works out regularly at this point. Her weight is stable, though ideally, she would like to lose 15 pounds, if possible. The patient is 5’8″ tall and weighs 170 pounds. The patient initially wanted a lipoabdominoplasty performed but then changed her mind and requested liposuction of the abdomen instead. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast lift and inserted a 350cc silicone implant on the left side and 325cc implant on the right. In addition, VASER liposuction was performed, removing fat from the following areas: abdomen(500cc fat removed), hips(500cc Rt, 525cc Lt), inner(225cc each side) and outer thighs(425cc each side). The patient enjoyed a rapid recovery from surgery and is pleased with her improved contours.
