Liposuction Before & After Case 1243

This 46 year old asked Dr Parker to improve the appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips after having had one child. She gained, then lost 50 pounds with her pregnancy but weight is now stable. She is 5’1” tall, weighs 120 pounds and works out religiously. The patient said her breasts deflated and abdominal skin stretched after pregnancy. She asked for fuller breasts, a flatter abdomen and more contoured hips. At surgery, Dr Parker inserted 350 cc silicone implants into a dual plane location through inframammary incisions. He performed an abdominoplasty to tighten her somewhat loose rectus abdominus muscles and remove her stretched out skin as well as performed liposuction on her hips, removing 450 cc of fat from each side. The patient said Dr Parker did a great job and loves how her body now looks, giving her so much more self confidence and self esteem.
