Liposuction Before & After Case 1293

This 50 year old patient lost over 100 pounds with diet and exercise over the past two years. She had twins in the past as well. The patient asked Dr. Parker to lift her breasts and make them fuller as well as remove her loose abdominal skin. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted the 400 cc silicone implants the patient requested and performed a lollipop lift. Because of the relative large size of the implants, he added a moderate sized piece of absorbable mesh along the lower pole of the breasts as an internal brassiere to help support her tissues.
