Liposuction Before & After Case 1517

This 41 year old asked Dr. Parker to improve the contour of her abdomen, hips and back after having had 3 children. She said she gained 20-30 pounds with each pregnancy and subsequently lost it. During her second pregnancy, her abdomen stretched out significantly and never returned to its pre pregnancy shape. The patient is 5’1” tall, weighs 120 pounds and says her weight is stable. Dr. Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty on the patient, repaired her umbilical hernia and liposuctioned fat from her hips and back, removing 400 cc of fat from each hip and 200 cc from either side of the back. The patient is very happy with the significantly improved contour of her abdomen, hips and back.
