Liposuction Before & After Case 1519

This 38 year old existing patient, on whom Dr. Parker had performed breast augmentation on several years earlier, returned asking to have a tummy tuck and liposuction of her hips. The patient had given birth to two children and sustained a weight gain from 130 to 160 pounds. Though all metabolic markers were normal, she was struggling to lose the excess weight. Dr. Parker subsequentely performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips (600 cc of fat removed from each side). The patient was pleased with the relative ease of her recovery. She loves how she looks, says her clothes fit so much better, the back pain she experienced prior to surgery is gone and she has lost 20 pounds as well.
