This 39 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient. She wanted to have as flat an abdomen as possible and also requested that he obtain more contour to her hips. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 134 pounds. Dr. Parker and the patient together agreed upon a combination of his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, and liposuction of her hips. Dr. Parker subsequently performed this surgery, removing 650 cc of fat from each hip with SAFE liposuction. The patient recovered quickly afterwards and loves the appearance of both her abdomen and hips. She said her clothing size has gone from medium to small.
