Liposuction Before & After Case 813

This 52 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient of his. She asked him to reduce the fullness in the tail of her breasts which annoyingly hang out over her bra. The patient is 5’2″ tall, weighs 141 pounds and works out regularly. Dr. Parker explained the fullness was caused by a combination of some excess breast tissue and moderate skin laxity. He discussed a surgical plan whereby he could remove the unwanted breast tissue with liposuction and tighten the overlying skin with Accutite. He explained that Accutite probes emit radiofrequency energy generating heat beneath the skin which brings about tightening of the fibroseptal network and overlying skin over the ensuing months without having to cut out skin. The patient liked this plan and wished to proceed. Using local anesthesia only, Dr. Parker performed SAFE liposuction of the tail of the breast, removing 50 cc of fat from each side. He then tightened her skin with theAccutite probes. The patient recovered quickly afterwards without pain. She loves how her breasts fit more comfortably in a bra so that the tail of her breasts no longer hang out over her bra.
