Thigh Lift Before & After Case 1275

This 50 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her asymmetric, irregular inner thighs following liposuction done elsewhere several years ago exacerbated by a 20 pound weight loss achieved with diet and exercise. During the patient’s consultation, Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient. She opted to have Dr. Parker perform secondary liposuction of her inner thighs along with a crescent inner thigh lift. She preferred this approach to having a vertical scar on her inner thighs which she had read about online. Subsequently, Dr. Parker performed secondary liposuction of the patient’s inner thighs (removing 175 cc of fat from either side) along with a crescent inner thigh lift, hiding the incision in the groin crease using multiple layers of dissolvable sutures. The patient was delighted with her quick recovery and is thrilled with the markedly improved appearance of her inner thighs.
