This 54 year old was referred by her dermatologist to Dr. Parker to address concerns about the fullness and laxity of her inner thighs. The patient is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. During the patient’s initial consultation, Dr. Parker discussed treatment options with her. They agreed upon a plan to perform liposuction on the patient’s inner (medial) thighs along with a crescent inner thigh lift. Subsequently, Dr. Parker performed this surgery, removing 200 cc of fat from each inner thigh with SAFE liposuction, then excising and tightening the loose skin with a crescent inner thigh lift. Following surgery, the patient was very happy with the improved appearance of her inner thighs and the virtually imperceptible scarring in her groin area.
