Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1134

This 51 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by several former patients, requested rejuvenation of her tummy after childbirth, her “mushy” looking breasts and her flat buttocks. She is currently a B cup and wishes to be a C cup. The patient is 5’6” tall and weighs 158 pounds. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, the following operative plan was formulated: SAFE liposuction of the hips with fat injections to the buttocks, vertical augmentation mastopexy with the insertion of 350 cc silicone implants and lipoabdominoplasty. This procedure was performed by Dr. Parker under general anesthesia. He suctioned 300 cc of fat from each hip, 650 cc from the abdomen and injected the buttocks with 500 cc of fat on each side. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery from surgery. She is delighted with her post surgical changes: her more youthful, uplifted and fuller breasts, her flatter, more youthful abdomen, hips and buttocks. She now fills out a C cup bra nicely and has gone down in dress size from 8 to 4.
