This 43 year old initially was referred to Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her sagging breasts and lower abdominal fullness. She had lost 43 pounds a year earlier and maintained this. She is 5′7″ tall, weighs 158 pounds and previously had given birth to two children. She wore a D cup bra and wished to wear a C cup.
