Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1300

This 37 year old requested Dr. Parker to give her back the body she had prior to having had 3 children with a 30 pound weight gain and subsequent loss. The patient is 5’1” and weighs 121 pounds. She asked to have her breasts made fuller, more symmetric and lifted. She also requested to have the excess skin on her abdomen removed and belly button hernia fixed. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 300 cc silicone implant in her right breast and 275 cc in the left, to address her pre-existing asymmetry, as well as lifted her breasts with a peri-areolar mastopexy. He then performed a lipoabdominoplasty and repaired her umbilical hernia. The patient was pleased with her recovery and loves the way her body has been improved.
