Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1396

This 58 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by another tummy tuck patient saying she would like her abdomen and hips more contoured after having had 2 children. She said her weight has always been stable and gained very little weight during her pregnancies, though her son stretched her “abs” a lot. The patient is 5′ 2″, weighs 144 pounds. Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, otherwise known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, as well as SAFE liposuction of her hips (removing 650 cc of fat from each side). The patient was very pleased with her rapid recovery from surgery. She loves the nicely improved appearance of her abdomen and hips.
