Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1405

This 49 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting a reduction in her abdominal fullness and more of an hourglass shape after having had three children. She gained weight from 125 to 180 pounds during her pregnancies. The patient is 5’2” tall and weighed 172 pounds before surgery. Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, otherwise known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, as well as SAFE liposuction of her hips (removing 450 cc of fat from each side) and back (removing 50 cc of fat from each side). The patient said she recovered rapidly from her surgery. She was so motivated by her results that despite her busy schedule as a nurse, she works out 4-5 days a week and reports her weight is now 145 pounds as well as dress size is down from 10-12 to 4-6.
