Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1543

This 46 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requests improvement in the appearance of her abdomen, hips and outer thighs after having had 3 children. She gained, then lost 70 pounds with her last pregnancy and has maintained that. She would like her lower abdominal pouch gone as well as her hips and outer thighs more contoured. The patient is 5’1” tall and weighs 130 pounds. Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, called a Parker Tummy Tuck, along with SAFE liposuction of the patient’s hips (removing 700 cc of fat from each hip) and outer thighs (removing 300 cc of fat from each outer thigh). The patient loved her quick recovery and result. She works out regularly now and has lost weight to 118 pounds. Her dress size has gone from 6-8 to 2-4.
