This 40 year old was bothered by the fullness of her arms. During the patient’s initial consultation with Dr. Parker, he explained that because her skin elasticity was good, he would be able to improve the contour of her arms with liposuction alone and her skin elasticity would allow the skin to contract without the need for additional skin tightening. At surgery under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker performed SAFE liposuction, removing 250 cc of fat from each arm.
