Breast Asymmetry Before & After Case 1012

This 30 year old asked Dr Parker to improve upon her breast asymmetry, present since her breasts first developed. She wished to have her left breast made larger, right breast lifted and made as symmetric as possible with the left one. The patient is 5'2" tall, weighs 155 pounds and wears a 34 C cup. Dr Parker cautioned that while he could improve upon her pre existing asymmetry, perfect symmetry afterwards would be difficult to achieve. During her Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient selected a 375 cc silicone implant for her left breast. Dr Parker explained that during surgery, he would slightly reduce and lift her right breast, then insert a smaller implant in this side to match the left as closely as possible. Subsequently, at surgery, Dr Parker did exactly this, removing 55 grams of breast tissue from the right breast as well as performing a lollipop lift, then inserting a 225 cc silicone implant in this breast for optimal symmetry. The patient recovered quickly, saying she experienced no pain whatsoever. She is very happy with her markedly improved symmetry and soft, natural appearing breasts.
