Breast Asymmetry Before & After Case 1021

This 34 year old patient was bothered by her long standing breast asymmetry and the progressive drooping of her breasts which has occurred in recent years. She would like her breasts uplifted and more symmetric. The patient is 5'6" tall, weighs 185 pounds and wears a 34 B cup. Dr Parker discussed options with her and they agreed upon a surgical plan to insert different sized implants in the breasts and lift the right side to match the left as closely as possible. During her Sizing Session, the patient selected a 350 cc silicone implant for the left breast and 275 cc implant for the right. At surgery, Dr Parker inserted these implants into partial submuscular pockets through peri areolar incisions, then performed a lollipop lift on the right breast. The patient said her recovery was relatively easy. She is delighted with the significant improvement in the symmetry and appearance of her breasts.
