Breast Asymmetry Before & After Case 1369

This 19 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by an existing patient requesting a breast reduction and lift surgery. She asked to have her breasts made smaller (ie, C cup) and uplifted. The patient is 5’5″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. Dr Parker performed a breast reduction along with a lollipop lift, or vertical mastopexy, removing 492 grams of tissue from the left breast and 227grams of tissue from the right in order to optimize her symmetry. The patient was pleased with the ease of her recovery. The patient loves her C cup, much more symmetric breasts. She has no more neck or back pain, says workouts are much easier and clothes fit so much better.
