Breast Asymmetry Before & After Case 1394

This 43 year old patient is s/p a capsulectomy for capsular contracture and the subsequent development of an infero-lateral implant malposition. Dr. Parker discussed treatment options with the patient; they agreed upon a plan which he subsequently performed. At surgery, Dr. Parker temporarily removed her 300 cc silicone implant. He reduced the size of and strengthened the implant pocket with a thermal capsulorraphy, suture capsulorraphy, then inserted an absorbable P4HB scaffold as additional support and re inserted the same 300 cc silicone implant. The patient said her recovery was quick and easy. She is delighted with the markedly improved symmetry of her very soft and natural-appearing breasts
