Breast Asymmetry Before & After Case 1527

This 26 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her primary care physician, requesting a breast reduction. She recently lost weight from 208 to 179 pounds (the patient is 5’4” tall) and hoped to lose more weight after her surgery. Dr. Parker subsequently performed a breast reduction and lift, removing 1112 grams from her right breast and 639 grams from the smaller left breast. The patient said her recovery was surprisingly easy. She loves the significantly improved appearance of her breasts. The patient said her workouts are much easier allowing her to lose 20 pounds since surgery and hopes to lose more.
