Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1250

This 43 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of breasts and abdomen after having had two children. Specifically, she said her breasts were always smaller than desired and became even small after the pregnancies. She asked Dr Parker to make her abdomen flatter, as well. The patient was 5’5″ tall and weighed 165 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted 500 cc silicone implants into a partial submuscular position through inframammary incisions. He also performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the patient’s hips, removing 575 cc of fat from each hip. The patient was very pleased with how quickly she recovered from her procedures. She is very happy with the markedly improved size and shape of her breasts as well as her rejuvenated abdomen and waist.
