This 24 year old says she lost weight recently and her breasts deflated and sagged. She would like them fuller, uplifted and with more cleavage. During her Sizing and Shaping Sessions, the patient selected 300 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker inserted these through periareolar incisions into partial submuscular or dual plane pockets. He then performed periareolar mastopexies on both breasts to lift the areolas into a more aesthetic location. The patient said her recovery was quick and pain-free.
