Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1512

This 44 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested a breast augmentation to provide more fullness in her breasts and try to make them more symmetric. She was not bothered by the left nipple areolar complex sitting lower than the right when Dr. Parker asked her about that at consultation and wanted to leave that alone. The patient felt her left breast was somewhat larger than the right. During her Sizing and Shaping session, the patient selected a 200 cc silicone implant for her right breast and 175 cc silicone for her left. At surgery, using inframammary incisions, Dr. Parker inserted these implants into a dual plane location. The patient recovered quickly afterwards. She loves the natural look and feel of her implants.
