Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1513

This 37 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested breast augmentation. The patient asked to have breast implants inserted to fill out her breasts after having had one child after which, her breasts deflated. The patient said she has autoimmune issues and her rheumatologist wanted saline rather than silicone implants. During her Sizing and Shaping session, the patient chose 575 cc implants. At surgery several weeks later, Dr. Parker inserted 575 cc saline implants into a dual plane location through inframammary incisions. The patient recovered afterwards and loves the natural look and soft feel of her implants.
