Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 351

This 36 year old noticed her breasts becoming smaller after the birth of her daughter. The patient is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She wanted to increase from her current small B to a large B or small C cup size. The patient requested the implants be inserted through transaxillary incisions to avoid any visible scarring. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation inserting 330 cc saline implants in a dual plane location. Postoperatively, the patient has achieved her desired size with a natural appearance of her breasts and tiny, inconspicuous incisions that have healed well in the armpit area.
