Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 352

This 36 year old, referred by her gynecologist to Dr. Parker, was very particular in wanting improvement in the appearance of her breasts after  having breast fed two children. She desired perkier breasts with more fullness in the upper portion, asked Dr. Parker to insert the implants through armpit incisions to avoid visible scarring and did not want a breast lift. The patient is 5 feet tall and weighs 123 pounds. Using a transaxillary, endoscopic approach, Dr. Parker inserted 420 cc saline implants in a dual plane location. Following surgery, the patient was very pleased with her surgical results and aesthetic goals having been achieved. Her cup increased from B to full C cup size and the incisions were undetectable.
