Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 365

This 48 year old patient who was referred by another patient, asked Dr. Parker for breast enhancement. She is petite (5’1′ tall and weighs 108 pounds) and was an A cup before childbirth. After breast feeding, she is less than an A cup in size. She asked to be made a B cup, but natural. During the patient’s Sizing and Shaping Sessions, she selected 250 cc silicone implants. These were inserted by Dr. Parker through inframammary incisions into a partial submuscular pocket. The patient experienced little bruising and pain, returning to the activities of daily living within several days. She is thrilled with the enhanced, natural appearance of her breasts.
