Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 378

This 28-year-old complained that her small breasts became even smaller following the birth of her children. She currently wears an A cup, which she says is too big for her breasts. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 103 pounds. In her preoperative Sizing and Shaping session, the patient requested 375 cc silicone implants. She and Dr. Parker agreed upon an inframammary incision to insert the implants into a dual plane location. Dr. Parker performed the procedure several weeks later. The patient recovered quickly from her surgery and is thrilled with the natural feel, size and shape of her breasts.
