Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 420

This 25 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting breast augmentation. She said she was always small breasted but lost volume and feels “deflated” after the birth of her son 15 months ago. The patient wears an A cup and would like to be in C cup range. She is 5’1″ tall and weighs 92 pounds. Dr Parker inserted 375 cc silicone implants, as requested by the patient after her Sizing and Shaping Sessions, into a dual plane pocket through peri-areolar incisions. The patient bounced back quickly after surgery, saying she experienced little pain. She loves the natural appearance and feel of her breasts.
