Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 428

This 50 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting correction of the fullness in her armpit areas as well as restoration of the fullness in her breasts lost with breast feeding. The patient is 5′ 1″ tall, weighs 148 pounds and wears a 36 A cup. Dr. Parker explained the armpit area fullness was due to excess breast tissue in this area and could be treated with liposuction. He and the patient also discussed breast augmentation. In her Sizing and Shaping sessions, the patient chose silicone implants, a 325 cc implant for her right breast and 350 cc for her left. These were inserted by Dr. Parker at surgery through inframammary incisions into a dual plane location. He removed 50 cc of breast tissue from each armpit area with liposuction, as well. The patient enjoyed a prompt recovery from surgery. She is very pleased with the markedly improved contour and soft feel of her breasts.
