Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 998

This 18-year-old requested larger breasts from Dr. Parker, saying her breasts have always been smaller than she would like. The patient feels looks like a child without properly developed breasts and would like to improve upon this before going to college. She is 5’3″ tall, weighs 105 pounds and wears a 34 A cup bra. During her Sizing Sessions, the patient chose saline implants, 275 cc on her right and larger breast, 300 cc on her left side to balance her pre existing asymmetry . At surgery, Dr. Parker created partial submuscular pockets through inframammary incisions and  inserted these implants. The patient was pleased with the ease of her recovery. She is very happy with how natural her breasts look and its positive impact on her self confidence.
