Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1195

This 38 year old had silicone implants inserted into a partial submuscular location using peri areolar incisions by another plastic surgeon several years ago. Not long after, she developed capsular contracture on both sides and had the implants replaced. Recently, the patient noted the left implant getting hard again and asked Dr Parker to remove both implants as well as reduce the size of her large areolas. The patient is 5’4” tall, weighs 155 pounds and says she is in good health. Dr Parker removed the implants and capsules through the patient’s peri areolar scars, then reduced the size of her areolas. The patient was pleased with her quick recovery and her decision to have her implants removed.
