Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1246

This 41 year old patient is s/p insertion of 420 cc form stable breast implants by another plastic surgeon 11 years ago. After pregnancy, her right breast became firmer and left breast sagged. She asked Dr Parker to remove both implants and lift her breasts. At surgery, Dr Parker removed both implants and capsules, then performed a lollipop lift, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery and is happy with the appearance of her breasts.
