Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1268

This 68 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to remove her breast implants which were inserted elsewhere a number of years ago. She said she has gained weight over time and her breasts are too large now. During her consultation, Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient and they agreed to have him remove the implants and surrounding capsules, then perform a “lollipop lift”, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. Several weeks later, Dr. Parker did exactly this, removing 450 cc silicone implants along with the surrounding capsules and lifting the breasts. The patient said her recovery was easy. She is very happy with her better size and shaped breasts which now allow her to wear the clothing she likes and work out much more easily.
