Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1278

This 41 year old is s/p breast augmentation with 420 cc gummy bear silicone implants through inframammary incisions in a partial submuscular location 11 years ago by another plastic surgeon. She said that after pregnancy her breasts sagged and she no longer wants the implants. She asked Dr. Parker to remove the implants and lift her breasts. The patient does not recall if her breasts were symmetric prior to her augmentation procedure. Subsequently, at surgery, Dr. Parker removed the gummy bear implants and the thickened capsules. The patient said she feels much better with the implants removed and is happy to have had the procedure done by Dr. Parker.
