Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1398

This 56  year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting removal of her breast implants, which she felt were always too large for her. She had undergone a dual plane saline breast augmentation via an inframammary approach 21 years ago by another plastic surgeon.  During her consultation, Dr. Parker discussed options and they agreed to have him remove the implants and surrounding capsules, then perform a “lollipop lift”, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. At surgery several weeks later, Dr. Parker removed the 365 cc saline implants along with the surrounding capsules from both breasts, then performed the “lollipop lift”. The patient was pleased with her rapid recovery as well as the size and shape of her breasts.
