Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1401

This 41 year old is s/p insertion of saline filled breast implants in a dual plane location using peri areolar incisions elsewhere 11 years ago. She was A cup but breast fed 2 children, then her breasts enlarged and sagged. She would like the implants removed and breasts lifted. During her consultation, Dr. Parker discussed options and they agreed to have him remove the implants and surrounding capsules, then perform a “lollipop lift”, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed the 375 cc silicone implants along with the surrounding capsules from both breasts, then performed the “lollipop lift”. The patient loved the speed and ease of her recovery as well as the size and shape of her breasts.
