Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1403

This 37 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requesting removal of her breast implants. She had 350 cc silicone implants inserted into the subglandular position through inframammary incisions 13 years ago by another plastic surgeon. Over time, her left breast developed a significant capsular contracture and rippling. She asked to have her implants removed along with total capsulectomies and wants to go back to the look she had before implants. At surgery, using her existing inframammary scars, Dr. Parker removed the implants and capsules. The patient was pleased with the ease of her recovery and return to the pre-implant appearance of her breasts.
