Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1408

This 67 year old, referred by another patient, had 375 cc saline breast implants inserted into a subglandular location through peri areolar incisions by another plastic surgeon 26 years ago. She said she developed a right breast capsular contracture early on and now wants her implants removed along with a lollipop lift. Several weeks later, at surgery, Dr. Parker removed the patient’s 375 cc saline implants along with the surrounding thickened capsules (total capsulectomy) and performed a lollipop lift. The patient was pleased with the ease of her recovery. She is very happy with the size and shape of her breasts.
